Cash payments are not accepted.
Check-in information will be provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you have made a same-day booking, you will receive your check-in details shortly after completing the identification process, agreeing to the terms and conditions, and providing the required deposit.
SELF CHECK-IN ✓
All our Serviced Apartments & Houses offer self-check-in, so you won't need to meet anyone to enter.
You may either collect a key from a designated collection point or use the key safe/lockbox, for which we will provide details.
Each property comes with a welcome pack that includes essential information, details about local shops, sports facilities, and more.

1. Before you head out, feel free to leave the windows open to let in some fresh air before the cleaners arrive. Thanks so much!
2. Please ensure all HEATING IS TURNED OFF and all doors are locked before returning the keys to the key safe or lockbox where you collected them.
If you have a moment to send us a quick message when you check out, we’d really appreciate it! It helps us coordinate with our cleaning team to get everything ready for the next guests.

House Rules
1. No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, parties and events are not permitted.
2. No Pets: We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed in the property.
3. Respect the Space: Please treat our apartment and property with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
4. Quiet Hours: Out of consideration for our neighbours and building regulations, we kindly ask for quiet time from 11 pm to 7 am (9pm to 8am in outdoor setting). This means no loud music or disruptive noise between these times.
5. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight or be in the apartment.
6. No Open Flames: For safety reasons, candles or any open flames are not allowed inside the property.
7. Smoke-Free Home: This is a non-smoking property. If you do smoke, please do so outside, well away from the apartment, and ensure cigarettes are properly extinguished and disposed of.
8. Security Deposit: A security deposit and damage waiver are required before arrival. We use STRIPE for this process. Your card will not be charged unless unexpected damages occur—only the details are securely held.
9. Damage Policy: In the event of any damage to the apartment or its contents, we will make a claim through STRIPE, up to the preagreed limit.
10. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
11. Security Monitors: All of our properties are equipped with security monitors (no cameras) to ensure the safety of guests, hosts, and neighbours. Guests will be notified if any house rules are breached.

Hosting parties or large gatherings is a serious breach of house rules and will result in immediate action, including potential involvement of security or police. No refunds will be issued, and your deposit may be used to cover any additional costs incurred.
As this apartment is located in a peaceful residential area, quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM (and 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM for outdoor areas).
Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or smoking will not be tolerated and may also lead to immediate enforcement action.
