  • We make it easy! For some apartments, you’ll use a secure Key safe or lockbox, while for others, the keys are conveniently stored at a nearby convenience store or petrol station.

    The check-in process is simple and stress-free. You’ll find clear video guides and step-by-step instructions all in one place.

    Best of all, there’s no need to meet anyone—it's a fully self-check-in experience, designed for your convenience.

  • A key safe is a compact, secure metal box with a combination lock that we install near the property. It allows guests to access the keys at their convenience—no need for in-person handovers! To make things super simple, we’ll also provide a step-by-step video guide showing exactly where it is and how to open it.

    We usually place the key safe on a wall or sturdy railing within a short 1– 3 minute walk from the property. Key safe systems have been trusted in the hospitality industry for years and are already used by millions of hosts worldwide—including many of our own landlords and clients.

    The benefits are huge: guests can check themselves in quickly and easily, without the need for meet-and-greets. It's hassle-free, timesaving, and aligns perfectly with what most guests prefer—smooth, private, and undisturbed access to the property.

  • We don’t usually meet or greet guests in person. In rare and very specific cases, we can arrange a personal check-in, but please note this is considered a premium service and comes at an additional cost.

    Over time, we've found that most guests prefer the flexibility of selfcheck-in—plans change, travel can be exhausting, and many people simply appreciate the privacy. In fact, 95% of our guests choose selfcheck-in, so that’s the experience we focus on providing: smooth, convenient, and hassle-free!

  • We accept valid UK identification only, such as a UK Driving Licence (full or provisional) or a UK Passport.

    Please note: Work Permits and Residence Permits are not accepted.

    These guidelines are part of our official rules and policies, and we appreciate your understanding!

    • Check-in: From 4:00 pm onwards

    • Check-out: By 10:00 am

    If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance—extensions are subject to availability. We may also be able to offer early check-in if there are no guests checking out that day.

  • Here’s everything you need to know about early check-ins and late check-outs 👇🏻

    We’d love to accommodate you where possible! Early check-in and late check-out are both subject to availability, and here’s how it works:

    Early Check-In:

    If there’s no guest staying the night before your arrival, then yes, early check-in may be possible since we won’t need that time for cleaning. However, if we have someone checking out the same day you're arriving, we’ll need time to prepare the space for you, so early check-in wouldn’t be available in that case. 

    Late Check-Out:

    This is usually available until 12 pm, as long as we don’t have a same-day arrival and the cleaners have enough time to reset the apartment.

    Since availability can change, the best thing to do is message us the night before, and we’ll gladly confirm what’s possible 🙏🏻

  • Yes, we do. We use SWIKLY, a secure platform, to handle this process. Your card won’t be charged—only securely held—unless there are any unexpected damages during your stay.

    The deposit amount varies by apartment and ranges from £150 to £300.

    It’s taken as a pre-authorisation (not an actual payment) on your credit or debit card and is automatically released on your departure day or the day after.

  • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly not allowed.

    If your apartment has a balcony, you're welcome to smoke there—just be sure to extinguish your cigarette properly and safely.

    We kindly ask this due to health and safety reasons, and to ensure the space remains fresh and comfortable for the next guest. Smoke can linger in furniture and fabrics, and we want everyone to enjoy a clean environment.
